About
Born and raised in Brazil, my love for nature and animals flourished in a home filled with pets, particularly my three beloved dogs. Initially dreaming of becoming a biologist or veterinarian, I found myself excelling in Physics during high school, which led me to consider a career in electrical engineering. However, my family’s artistic background, especially my mother’s influence as a painter, inspired me to pursue a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning.
I graduated as an Architect & Urban Planner in 2007. After several years in residential and commercial architectural projects, I felt unfulfilled and yearned for a more creative path. This desire led me to study for a Post Degree in Scenography and Costume Design at the renowned SP Escola de Teatro in São Paulo, Brazil.
In 2013, I married and moved to London, where I briefly explored Set and Costume Design. Ultimately, I returned to my childhood passion for animals, earning a degree in Dog Handling and Training from the CIDBT - Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training. This step launched my business, “Leticia Benatti Dog Trainer,” in 2015.
In 2017, I relocated to Italy and shifted my focus entirely to the visual arts and digital creation. Today, I combine traditional techniques like oil and acrylic painting and hand embroidery with modern digital and AI art, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity. My diverse background equips me with a unique perspective and versatile skill set, enabling me to approach projects with innovation and meticulous attention to detail.
